Compliant from Origin to Your Door
Suncity Endeavours takes regulatory compliance seriously at every step of the supply chain. Every shipment we handle meets U.S. federal import requirements — from EPA/TSCA inventory verification at the source to DOT-classified hazmat transport, GHS-compliant documentation, and CBP customs clearance. Through our certified logistics partners, we extend these standards across the full journey of your chemicals.
U.S. Regulatory Compliance
All imports are verified against applicable U.S. federal regulations before and during each transaction.
TSCA — Toxic Substances Control Act
All chemicals we import are verified against the EPA TSCA Inventory before purchase. TSCA certification statements are filed on every CBP entry. New chemical substances are screened for PMN and SNUR obligations prior to import.
Hazardous Materials Transport (49 CFR)
Hazardous materials are classified, packaged, labeled, and documented per 49 CFR requirements. UN numbers and proper shipping names are assigned to every shipment. We work exclusively with hazmat-certified carriers for domestic transport.
HazCom / GHS — Safety Data Sheets & Labeling
GHS-compliant Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and properly labeled packages accompany every shipment. SDS are maintained on file for all products and made available to customers on request — meeting OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200) requirements.
End-Use Regulatory Screening
Chemicals destined for food-contact, specialty, or agricultural applications are screened for applicable FDA and USDA requirements. We supply USP/FCC-grade materials where required and provide appropriate documentation.
California Prop 65 Awareness
For shipments to California, we are aware of and comply with Proposition 65 warning requirements for chemicals listed by the California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA).
Export Control & Sanctions Screening
All products are screened against U.S. export control lists (EAR/BIS) and OFAC sanctions lists before purchase. Dual-use or controlled precursor chemicals receive appropriate handling and documentation.
Customs & Trade Compliance
Every shipment is handled with full customs documentation and classification accuracy.
Licensed Customs Broker
We work with a U.S. CBP-licensed customs broker for all import entries filed through the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE). This ensures accurate HTSUS classification, correct valuation, and full compliance with CBP entry requirements.
FMC Licensed — Ocean Freight
Ocean shipments are handled through FMC-licensed carriers and forwarders. All bills of lading, shipper's export declarations, and ocean freight documentation comply with Federal Maritime Commission regulations.
HTSUS Classification & Duty Determination
Each product is correctly classified under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS). Applicable duties, Chapter 98 provisions, and trade program eligibility are evaluated on every entry.
Full Import Documentation
Every shipment is supported with a complete documentation package: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, certificate of origin, TSCA certification, SDS, and Certificate of Analysis (CoA).
